  • Utilize SmartLM™ on loans in forbearance to provide a fully automated processing of loss mitigation requests
  • Improve pipeline management systems with dynamic pull-through modeling, multi-factor fall-out analysis and optimized float-down policy
  • Analyze prepayment propensity using internal/external data sets to capture the refinancing opportunities
  • Perform risk retention analysis on counterparties, mortgage servicing rights (MSRs), excess servicing strips and servicing cost
