Stephen Curry

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Curry has been providing advisory services to management teams and boards of national and regional banks, financial services companies, technology ventures and private investor groups for over 30 years. He has successfully guided these firms through acquisitions and divestitures, merger integrations, digital transformations, operational restructurings, implemented growth strategies and resolved complex regulatory issues. He currently serves on the boards of financial services and fintech companies. Prior to Endurance, Stephen was Chairman & CEO at Gateway First Bank, where he led the transformation of a Gateway Mortgage into a full-service bank. His previous leadership roles include COO level, Business Development and Strategic Planning executive roles in Corporate & Investment Banking and Wealth Management at Bank of America, and other operating and financial management roles at predecessors NationsBank and NCNB. He began his career in Dallas, Texas at Republic Bank in 1986.

Steven Patrick

Managing Director/Strategic Planning, Corporate Finance, Mortgage and Liquidity Management

Mr. Patrick is a senior corporate finance professional, with deep expertise in strategic planning, liquidity management, financial management and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Endurance, Steven served as Corporate Treasurer for a $2 billion regional bank and eight years at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago in various planning, research and product development roles. Prior to joining the FHLBC, Steven was a managing director in Bank of America’s corporate finance advisory group and an associate at Merrill Lynch. Over the course of his 13-year investment banking career, Steven executed a wide variety of financing transactions, capital raises and valuation assignments. Steven was also a business strategy consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton for three years. He has an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago and a BA, magna cum laude, with distinction from Carleton College.

Mr. Everbach has held leadership positions for several global commercial real estate companies throughout his career and has completed over 8 million square feet of transactions representing an aggregate value over $2 billion. As part of Americas leadership teams over the past decade, he has led strategic initiatives in technology and innovation to provide data-driven insights for clients to help them make the best decisions for their business. Prior positions include President - Central Region for Colliers International, and DFW Market Leader and U.S. Agency Leasing Lead for Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Everbach concentrates on assembling and strategically positioning real estate teams to maximize value for clients through a focused and collaborative approach. These high-performance, action-oriented teams have consistently delivered 'best-in-class' service and superior returns to occupier and investor clients.

Peter Brown

Special Assets

Peter Brown is a credit risk management executive with an accomplished credit risk management and turnaround/workout career. Mr. Brown oversaw governance and strategy programs for risk management and compliance, including relationships with key regulators and supervisory institutions nationwide in credit underwriting, portfolio management, enterprise risk management, loan administration, workout and turnaround, collection/recovery call centers, OREO administration, and asset/note sales. Mr. Brown was responsible for managing classified loan portfolios and devising innovative initiatives that have maximized over $100 million in economic value while remediating and disposing of over $1 billion in classified assets and loans in executive positions with Cadence Bank, Southwest Securities, FSB, Capital One N.A., and Hibernia National Bank.

Dr. Kathleen Gowin

Managing Director/Treasury & Payments

Dr. Gowin brings more than 30 years of Treasury and Payments experience with financial institutions to Endurance Advisory Partners. Some of Kathleen’s recent engagements include interim Treasury Management Executive at a newly-chartered bank and interim President & CEO of BAFT, an international banking association, in Washington DC. Prior experience include Global Managing Director -- Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at Bank of America in Treasury Management. Global FIG encompassed banks, broker/dealers, insurance companies and mortgage companies. During her time with Global FIG, she led her division through the financial collapse of 2008-2010 and sustained no losses. Kathleen’s career also encompasses several years with Pitney Bowes Financial Solutions, a FinTech firm, during which time she guided product developers toward solutions by using location intelligence to fight credit card fraud and by leveraging its global address database to support U.S. and international wire transfer. Kathleen has published several articles and is a frequent speaker at local and national conferences and webinars. She earned an MBA at the University of Illinois-Springfield and a Doctorate of Business Administration at Jacksonville University.

Donna Osborne

Managing Director/Operations Enhancement, Transformation and Merger Integration

Ms. Osborne began her career with Suburban Trust Company in 1980 and joined Sovran Bank in 1985, which subsequently was acquired by NationsBank. She has 20 years of experience with process improvement, cost reductions, automation and outsourcing initiatives, and technology transformation projections. Donna served as the Lead for operations conversions in over 12 major bank mergers. Donna also managed production support for Consumer Banking at Bank of America, led Fraud Management and was Change Management Executive for e-Commerce. Her work at Bank of America was nationally recognized. Donna is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Chad Patton

Managing Director/Commercial and Residential Mortgage Banking

Mr. Patton has more than 25 years of work experience in the private equity and financial services industries. In recent years he has served in the C suite at 3 of the top 20 residential mortgage banks in the country focused primarily on turnaround situations. Mr. Patton served as a Managing Director/Partner at Lone Star U.S. Acquisitions from 2007 to 2013 and oversaw all financial services related investments, including the acquisition of over $12 billion in distressed residential mortgages post-crises. Mr. Patton also oversaw the investment, asset management and was a BOD member of what has become one of the largest non-bank mortgage companies in the nation, Caliber Home Loans LLC. Prior to Lone Star, Mr. Patton was a Vice President in Bank of America Securities' financial institutions investment banking practice. During his tenure at BAS, Mr. Patton worked on a number of transactions involving M&A as well as debt and equity securities offerings. Prior to working for BAS, Mr. Patton was a corporate banker working in Nationsbank’s financial services group. Mr. Patton has a BA in Economics with Finance Applications from Southern Methodist University as well as an MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business.

Mr. Flowers has near 40 years in banking with a specialty in Retail & Small Business. His unique focus includes “how” the work is done bringing forth the experience for both the Employee & Customer. David White

Managing Director/Information Technology

Mr. White has over 30 years of experience in Technology, with a specialization in Software Development, Data Center, Servers & Systems Management. He advises regional and community banks on technology strategies, evolving FinTech solutions, and operational enhancements. David began his career in Dallas with InterFirst and spent the next 20 years leading technology acquisition integration for the consolidation of banks that ultimately became Bank of America. David’s efforts in the development and implementation of global data center consolidation strategies, and deployment of state-of-the-art systems management and governance were a critical component of the banks competitive advantage. He held leadership roles in operations, technology, customer information systems, lending systems, banking center, credit card, call center and e-Commerce systems. David’s led technology and operational Integration of over 120 banks and financial institutions.


Charles Clampett

Managing Director/Information Technology

Mr. Clampett has over 30 years of experience in technology and operations, largely within the financial services industry. Mr. Clampett has extensive experience in evaluating the technology and operations capabilities of regional and community banks, advising on cybersecurity, completing IT audits, risk assessments, technology contract negotiations, acquisition diligence and regulatory order response and remediation for clients ranging from $200 million to $10 billion, and for the large core service providers Jack Henry and Fiserv. During his career at Bank of America, he was responsible for e-Commerce, Online Banking and Retail Branch technology, and served in key strategic technology leadership roles, including merger integration and transformation.

Dan Ward

Managing Director/Finance and Operations

Mr. Ward is a Consultant with deep content knowledge in program management across all banking and investment businesses. He is a leader in the FinTech community with strong understanding of Operations Management and Intellectual Automation, and highly effective at building consensus and leading change through to successful results. Dan has experience in merger integrations and business transformations and has served as senior change initiative lead managing people, process and IT/digital changes. He also has deep expertise in management accounting, risk and finance, with mortgage product knowledge to implement business strategy and risk control framework. He is a six sigma master black belt.


Robert Barkman

Director

Mr. Barkman is a Consultant within the financial services sector for over 15 years and has participated in process re-designs and program implementations. He has worked in multiple Fortune 100 Bank’s Mortgage Service Divisions during the last financial crisis. Rob implemented end to end HAMP within Loss Mitigation which had to staff from 400 to 4,000. He led additional product development and roll-outs within Wells Fargo’s FNMA portfolio, and supported the HAMP II product and implemented other process changes within the mortgage department. He is a lean sigma black belt and has a BS, Industrial Engineering from University of Tennessee, and MBA from Raymond Mason Business School at William & Mary.

JP Dubois has been a digital strategist, marketer, and creative director for large agencies, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and startups for almost 20 years. He has successfully guided clients and teams through integrated digital marketing engagements that include, social media, search marketing, search engine optimization, branding, web design and development, email marketing, content creation, analytics, and digital business consulting. Prior to Endurance, JP has held many marketing positions at large national agencies, such as Director of Integrated Marketing and User Experience, and Creative Director. JP is also an Entrepreneur and founder of Flyover Digital Marketing that was created in 2008. Clients have included: Quiktrip, Campbell’s Soup, FedEx, Hyatt Hotels, Thrifty Car Rental, Core Ventures Group, The Outdoor Channel, Amazon/Ourhouse.com, Mabrey Bank, Bank of Internet, University of Tulsa, Osage Nation, New Jersey Sports Authority, and Scripps Howard Broadcasting.


Ashley Slater

Ashley Slater is a digital strategist, Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media and Content Specialist with years of experience working at digital marketing agencies, and as an entrepreneur and co-owner of Flyover Digital Marketing. She has extensive experience in running successful search and social media campaigns, developing search optimized content for both B2B and B2C clients, analyzing and developing marketing strategies based on website and marketing analytics, and has run a successful search marketing department at a branding agency. She is also well versed in copywriting, editing, and proofreading a wide range of marketing materials. She has a BA, magna cum laude, from the University of Tulsa in English and Communications.
