Over the course of his 13-year investment banking career, Steven executed a wide variety of financing transactions, capital raises and valuation assignments. Steven was also a business strategy consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton for three years. He also led the Syndicated Finance Team arranging, underwriting and executing senior floating rate capital solutions. For many years Joe served as a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focused on debt capital markets, concentrated in leveraged and syndicated finance.
Prior to Endurance, Todd ran the Loan Sales & Trading Desk at Huntington Securities, having executed $1.5B in secondary transactions of syndicated credit facilities, including $300MM of stressed and distressed transactions. Before Huntington, Todd was an Associate in the Syndicated Finance Group at BBVA where he was responsible for structuring and executing leveraged syndicated credit facilities for Corporate, Middle and Large Middle Market companies. Todd has executed over $5B in syndicated credit facilities as sole lead or agent. Prior experience include Global Managing Director -- Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at Bank of America in Treasury Management. Global FIG encompassed banks, broker/dealers, insurance companies and mortgage companies. During her time with Global FIG, she led her division through the financial collapse of 2008-2010 and sustained no losses. Kathleen’s career also encompasses several years with Pitney Bowes Financial Solutions, a FinTech firm, during which time she guided product developers toward solutions by using location intelligence to fight credit card fraud and by leveraging its global address database to support U.S. and international wire transfer. He led additional product development and roll-outs within Wells Fargo’s FNMA portfolio, and supported the HAMP II product and implemented other process changes within the mortgage department.
